Prayer for Protection Against the Advance of Evil
Asking God to Shield Our Nation from the Influence of Communism and Marxism
Heavenly Father, we come before You today with hearts burdened for our country, lifting up our prayers for protection. Lord, we see the rise of ideas and movements that seek to tear apart the foundations of freedom and faith that You have blessed this nation with. Communism and Marxism aim to destroy the values we hold dear—our freedom to worship, speak truth, and live according to Your Word. These ideologies oppose the liberty You have given us and the principles of justice and righteousness that Your Word calls us to uphold.
Lord, we ask that You stand as a mighty shield against the forces of evil that seek to advance in our land. Surround our country with Your divine protection, stopping the influence of those who wish to lead us astray with false promises and deceitful ideas. Open the eyes of Your people, Lord, so that we may see clearly the truth, and help us to resist the lies that try to infiltrate our minds and our institutions.
Father, we pray for the leaders of this country—both those who currently hold power and those who are running for office. Give them wisdom, courage, and the strength to stand firm against the ideologies of communism and Marxism. Guide them to make decisions that align with Your will and Your righteousness. Let Your truth reign in the hearts of those who lead and serve, and may our leaders seek after Your wisdom and counsel above all else.
We also pray for the people of this country. Strengthen our resolve to defend what is right and just in Your sight. Help us to unite as a nation under You, God, and to protect our land from those who seek to destroy it from within. Give us courage to speak truth in love and to stand firm in our faith, knowing that You are our ultimate protector and guide.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray for Your protection over our country. Let Your justice prevail, and may we be a nation that always seeks after You. Amen.
