A Heart Full of Gratitude This Thanksgiving
Counting My Blessings, Big and Small, This Thanksgiving Day
As we gather around the table today, have you taken a moment to reflect on all you’re thankful for?
Thanksgiving is a day of gratitude, a time to pause and recognize the blessings in our lives, both big and small.
I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the journey God has placed me on. Writing for God Friended Me here on Substack has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
It’s humbling to know that my words are reaching so many hearts, and I am endlessly thankful for each one of you who takes the time to read, comment, and share your thoughts.
Thankful For a Platform to Share God’s Word
Being on Substack is more than just writing—it’s about connection. God has blessed me with this platform to share His Word, His love, and His truth with so many of you.
Every reader is a reminder of God’s goodness. You inspire me to keep going, to keep writing, and to keep sharing His message. Your support lifts my spirit every day, and your faith strengthens mine.
In these challenging times, we all need a place to turn to for encouragement and hope. For me, that place is this community on Substack, and I thank God for it daily.
A New Beginning for Our Nation
This Thanksgiving, I’m also deeply thankful for the hope and new beginnings we’ve been given as a nation. President Trump has been a leader who stands boldly for what is right, bringing God back into the center of our country’s heart.
We’ve faced so many struggles as a nation, but I see a brighter future on the horizon. President Trump’s leadership reminds us that we can fight for what we believe in and work together to restore our country. I’m thankful for his vision, his courage, and his commitment to making America great again.
Just as Thanksgiving reminds us to reflect on blessings in our personal lives, I’m also reflecting on the blessings we have as Americans. We have freedom, hope, and a God who loves us, and for that, I will forever be grateful.
Gratitude Brings Us Closer to God
Gratitude is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to draw closer to God. When we give thanks, we acknowledge His hand in every aspect of our lives.
This Thanksgiving, I encourage you to take time to reflect on what you’re thankful for. Write it down, say it out loud, or share it with loved ones. Gratitude transforms hearts and reminds us of God’s endless blessings, even in hard times.
Parting Words
As I sit down to my Thanksgiving meal, I’ll be giving thanks not only for my family and friends but for this incredible Substack community. I’m blessed beyond measure to have each of you on this journey with me.
I’m also giving thanks for the renewed hope in our nation and for leaders who guide us toward a better future. Most of all, I’m thankful for God’s love, which never fails and never wavers.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. May your day be filled with love, gratitude, and the goodness of God’s blessings.
This is very lovely. Thanks for being full of faith … and thanks.
